    Mahopac Pilated Woodpecker

Finally got the elusive Woody, I have been hearing him for weeks but never saw him until yesterday. He spent a half hour ripping into a dead tree looking for a meal.

Nice! Can you give us some technical details? I'm especially interested in what lens and shutter speed. It kind of looks like you were using your tele-extender. Am I right?

Thanks for the exposure details. Did you just update your equipment list? I thought it said you had an EOS 7D. Have we talked yet about your 6D? Have you had it long enough yet to write a review? I don't believe we have any user reviews for the EOS 6D yet.

I sold the 7D to a fellow bird photographer and got the 6D. It has alot of features such as GPS and Wifi connections. I am not really that good at reviewing things.
