Greetings all - have just returned from an extensive birding and photo safari to Kruger National Park and the Kgalakgadi Trans-frontier Park (shared with Botswana). Covered some 6200km over sixteen days and positively identified 190 different species with 22 first timers. It was not a restful experience but was thoroughly enjoyable. Took some 2800 pics and am now engaged in the culling process. In the meantime here are some shots of a white fronted bee eater from Kruger - crits are welcome.
