I'm still alive!

Last time I posted, I believe I told you all that.. if I disappear for a while.. it is because my 2 yr old daughter has chronic ear infections. Well... since the last time I posted.. there have been two ear infections. One of which .. she had to go on three different medications for and developed an allergic reaction to amoxicillin. Also since I last posted, she has had tubes put in her ears. Its been about two weeks now and there is such an improvement! Still not sleeping as well as I'd like ;) but we are working on that and getting better!

Anyways.. today we went out to the city park and had a grand ole time

















and I'm sorry, but I gotta sneak these two in here lol They had such a great time!

I hope the problem with your daughters ears completely goes away very soon Amber, they should now that she has the tubes.

I usually do not like b&w wildlife images very much but I think these are quite nice. The images of your daughters with the nets are great! Very nice series!

Thanks Paul Generally this is around the time that my daughter starts getting another ear infection (2-3 weeks after the last one and she had an infection when they put the tubes in!) and so far so good, but I'm watching her close for drainage. She has definitely been a much happier little girl!

I love the shot of your 5 year old. I think that would be better in color to show the full joy and spirit of being young.
