No clue except that they look South American.

the first is a masked lapwing.

The other appears to be some sort of lory

I was visiting an aviary in N. Cape Coral and they had several of these birds there but there was no indication of what they were or where they were from. The Lory was very playful walking over my shoulders and cap. He didn't want to leave me. I had to duck under a low hanging branch to get him to hop off. LOL
