I took these over the last few days. The first s from Wed night...I am TERRIFIED of lightning, have been ever since i was little....i finally got the courage to go stand on the porch and try to get some lightning shots! Shaking like a leaf for 15 min i got these 3! lol The full moon shots are from Last night. I did not do any editing to any of these i just took them and posted

    Hope you like them!

    Re: New Photos

Thank you Jeff. I was out there about 15 min it was all i could stand lol i waited for the light before a blot usually appears...once i saw the first light i waited like 5 seconds and clicked i missed quite a few big bolts, I didnt have my tripod on me ( it was in the car the porch was as far as i was going lol) so the whole time i was holding the camera and hoping for the best. I was worried they would all be blury because i was shaking from being scared of the lightning lol

maybe next time ill get brave enough to stand out a little longer

    Re: New Photos

Everytime I've tried to get lightning shot I miss the bolt and just end up with what looks like a daylight scene. Great timing and nice images, Heather.
