Harfang Des Neige , Snowy Owl

My first Snowy Owl and being a Power lineman he had to be perched on a crossarm on top of a electrical pole lol . Im just hoping that this guy is going to be staying for a wile so that i can get him in more natural surroundings.

A great find. I have been hearing some reports of snowy's in Wisconsin in the last couple of weeks. Looks like this could be an irruption year!

Looks great to me. Like Mike in Wisconsin, I've been hearing reports of sighting in MN too. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Nice Capture! Unlike everyone else, we've had no reported sightings of Snowy Owls in Florida yet :-)
