    Great White Egret

    Crazy week last week. You may have heard on the news about the body torso and leg found along the Des Plaines River here. Well, that just happened to be on the property where I work my part time job and take pretty much all of my wildlife photos. Crazy. Anyway, I have previously captured some decent shots of the Great Blue Herons, but it's been hard to get close enough to the white ones. They are more skiddish. Here's what I finally got.
    The first one I call "Trying to Blend In" lol
    Second I call "Angel Wings"
    Last 2 just BIF's.
