Globe Thistle Flowers

The flowers on the Globe Thistle blooms are just starting to open. Each bloom is composed of many, many, many little 5 petal, star shaped, purple flowers that will form an almost perfect circle when fully opened - natures' micro beauty at its finest ! :thumbsup:
