To add to a thread I made a while back entitled "Colorful Bird" Colorful Birds
I didn't want to bump that thread since it got buried from my absence.

I'm going to also post some others, taken at the Bronx Zoo.

Scarlet Ibis - no glass or fence barriers
Shutter Speed: 1/30 second
F Number: F/5.6
Focal Length: 250 mm
ISO Speed: 400

Tufted Penguin - shot through glass in very low lighting - I'm pretty positive that I didn't use flash because it reflected so bad off the wet glass.
Shutter Speed: 1/6 second
F Number: F/5.6
Focal Length: 229 mm
ISO Speed: 400

Great Indian Hornbill - shot through glass
Shutter Speed: 1/50 second
F Number: F/5.6
Focal Length: 194 mm
ISO Speed: 100

Condor - shot through vertical wire fence which you can see blurred around the condor - thankfully it came out OK over him.
Shutter Speed: 1/200 second
F Number: F/5.6
Focal Length: 163 mm
ISO Speed: 100

Snowy Owl - he was hiding on the ground, this is the best I could get. Shot through a vertical fence. Would have loved not to have the leaf in the way..
Shutter Speed: 1/30 second
F Number: F/5.6
Focal Length: 220 mm
ISO Speed: 400

Comment/critique if you'd like, otherwise, I hope you enjoy the photos!

I also noticed that one of my bald eagle photos got featured two weeks ago. I've been so busy that I didn't get to see it!! Thanks for that =)
