Good series of Captures i really like the second one ,its nice to see one of these guys photographed perched in a tree instead of on the ground

Thanks Glenn. They are usually on the ground so I take advantage when they land ANYWHERE else lol. Even on the fence tops. It's the opposite with the doves. They are always in the tree's around here so when they land to pick the seeds off the ground they make a tempting target.

I agree, the junco in the tree is fabulous. It looks so cozy amongst the boughs.

Jaedon, great images!! What type of feeder do you have and do you have more than one? Maybe that is what I need to do is get a feeder(?)...Thanks for the insight.

I have suet feeders all over the place as well as a bird house shaped seed feeder. I have a squirrel problem but I have taken care of them by giving them dried corn cobs and roasted peanuts in the shell on the other side of the yard. They still raid the feeder but I can usually scare them off with a snowball or 9 lol.

I too like the junco shot the best. All are nice, but seeing the junco someplace besides the ground is a nice treat!

Thanks Jaedon. Now I just have to figure out where to get them in this city. There was a nature/outdoor store in one the local malls, but I don't think it is there anymore.
