    Fat boy and other stuff

    This has got to be the fattest cardinal I've ever seen... I call him "Jackie Gleason" heheheh





    Why they're called Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers



    Lastly, this guy made a pass at the regulars on the feeding station. IQ isn't too good because I shot freehand with my FE370 but, can anyone ID him/her?

    Nice shots... again ! :thumbsup:

    Last one's a Cooper's hawk. They are indeed notorious together with the sharp-shinned for raiding little feeder birds. We've got at least one cooper's around here... not to eat seed... but...

    I had a hunch it was a Cooper's hawk. Just wanted to bounce it off a few heads that are more knowledgeable. Thanks!
