I like the first one from the top the most. A bold composition you've chosen considering the fact that the horizon line is almost halfway between the top and the bottom.

The third one is clear and sharp, too, but it doesn't have a very strong 3D feel to me. I'm wondering if it's because the foreground, middle and the background are nearly as bright as each other. Traditionally, I think people use different degree of brightness in a photo to give a sense of depth to a 2-dimensional picture. This particular one doesn't seem to have that very much. But it could just be my eyes fooling me though. You know, they're aging
