Eastern Towhee and ?

My first sighting of an Eastern Towhee. I can't positively ID the second bird so any input would be appreciated. I believe its a Flycatcher.

Great catch! Any towhee is on my must have list! Even after thumbing through my Sibley guide, I'm not sure what the second one is. Great looking bird, and very nice background!

The bird definitely looks like it belongs to the Tyrannidae family.
