Re: Dining in or carrying out?

Very nice Loupey. I have been meaning to get some RRBB shots this summer. There are a few nesting along a trail at work that I run in the morning and at lunch. The males are very territorial and fly towards you instead of away like most birds. I actually had one hit me in the back of the head as I was running by!

Re: Dining in or carrying out?

    Thanks for looking everyone.

Yes, this one came to me and not the other way around. I know where her nest is and she (and her hubby) are very attentive parents. In shot #2, I thought that was it for the caterpillar, but she actually coughed it back up and she continued to carry it around like she had been.

LoL, mjs1973 - I've not been hit yet and I wondered about that! They like to fly up behind me and I have to constantly spin around to keep them in sight.

Lovely,Loupey-especially like your first shot, with the delicate greens and pinks, set against the more mono-tone bird.
