Nothing too great here. This is the first Armadillo I have ever seen. Caught it last January in Austin. He was pretty cool, I must say Just wanted to be the first to post an armadillo shot ;)

No joke, the only one I have seen my camera was in the trunk buried under luggage so I ran that sucker down(they run quite fast too) and grabbed him by the tail. It went limp just like my friend said they do ;) I won the bet amoung the people in the car and we drove on leaving it a bit shaken from being caught at best.

It reminded me of a rat with a shell. My gf is from Austin and said she sees them all the time. She couldn't understand why I was doing cartwheels from seeing an armadillo
