    Crested Caracara

    I drove to one of the National Wildlife Refuge before work. The drought here has caused most of the shorebirds to go somewhere else. However I did get a few good shots.

    Nice pics! Caracara is a Juvenile, still doesn't have the orange color in the beak.

    nice finds there. How big was that last one? young bird and appears to be a sparrow.
