    Coyote bonanza

    a wolf killed elk near the road ( i missed the wolves the first day) brought in a bunch of coyotes. i got these shots of several coyotes over the course of a few hours.

    What a wonderful opportunity! And you really did it justice, Dylan!
    #4 is my favorite, but I also like that last one, the interaction between the two coyotes. Too bad the camera focused beyond them.

    thanks shyanni. yeah i didn't realize the last one was so out of focus, they were actually in focus on the kill but had a little tussle and must have moved forward enough, but the camera didn't track them. 4 is my favorite to i think.

    Thanks Eric and Richard.

    Richard, if you meant risky as in not safe, you are wrong. Coyotes are not a threat to humans at all. Bears (which can usually be found near kill sites) are in hibernation, and the wolves (which also aren't a threat to humans) were nowhere in site. I was also standing on the road the entire time.
