    Thank you sooo much for all your kind comments they are greatly valued! and to be told it should be in a magazine is the icing on the cake! thank you Loupey and quetzal. (perhaps il give it a try) . Thanks Peter for your advice, but i had actually used the levels tool but as it was 8oclock in the evening plus very drizzly weather,so i was abit wary of over doing it but i have done this image using the shadow/highlight tool, comments welcome.

    Great capture. I would not 'tweak' it any more. It is very obvious what is in the photo and the almost silhouette just amplifies the effect of the photograph.

    actually, I think a little more shadow detail wtll make it better. I am sure most people don't know this is actually a dorsil view That is the best part about this image IMHO.

    Dorsal or Ventral?
    I'm not sure at this resolution, but I thought I could see feet ...
