    I'm prety sure it's a Madeline's - it has the name written across it's nest. (Only in Vegas!) Terry

    female black chinned or rufous is my educated guess. the male should be close by, is he orange or does he have a very dark throat?

    then I would say it's a black - chinned hummingbird.... the males have the dark throat. only other hummingbird in that area that's those colors is anna's (only in vagas area in the whole state of nevada) and it has some reddish feathers in the throat .
