Can you correctly name this species

was out taking pics of chickadee's got a few in mid flight,then came across this funny looking bird ? peeking thru the overturned tree trunk, a new species perhaps, kudo's to the person who can correctly name this creature.?

I play super nintendo and we have the game, the kids at my daycare think i am the best player

yes you are right on the money, we call him officer curious george, we put him in a geocache treasure,and it was sent to B.C then taken to florida and then to georgia,where he was finally sent back home by airmail,that little monkey has seen more places than i ever have.now he stays in the trunk as a captive model for special shoots.
