    Can anyone ID this butterfly?

    I found it at the Ballard Locks Seattle, WA. I know nothing about butterfly identities! Thanks!

    Good Capture Canuck935 , i would have to say its a Eastern Tiger Swallowtail . Theres the Zebra Swallowtail that is very similar but i would have to say Eastern.

    Heck no Mike lol , it`s just that i have the National Audubon Society Field guide to Insects and Spiders lol I like trying to find matches hehe if it fails then i hunt the web

    Dylan i think is the real expert on this stuff , hes always busy with some kind of Nature project
