    Cabin Fever Cure

Took the Mtn bike, D80 and 70-300VR out for a little cabin fever cure. Nothing great just thought I would share a few of the shots.

Found this fellow enjoying a little flyfishing.

The Hawks were out in force but very wary. I was lucky if I got within 100yards before they’d fly away.

Gotta say, I like the first pic best! Sweet ride! I have a dually too, although not as much travel... it's an oldie but a goodie.

Yeah me to, my white balance seems to be all over the place on the hawk picts.
PP RAW files is a real challenge for me. Ad that to no wild animals in Colorado lets you get very close
to them and you get the above kinda pictures. I'm not giving up though.

    That Kona is nice bike.
Do you use it to expand your range when out shooting?

I can cover 3-4 times the distance on my bike vs. hiking.
I also believe the bike increases my incounters with wildlife.

Your white balance looks fine to me Bob. I only said it was my fav because its a MTB. I used to ride tons. Even got into racing a bit. Not so much anymore.
In these parts, you usually drive to parks or the like to shoot. I agree you can cover a larger area. I've done that a few times. I imagine in Colorado, places to capture some wildlife might be more within biking distance than here.

Like the hawk photos. I have yet to get a good shot of them perched.
