    Blue Heron

    Here are a few shots of a blue heron. The first three are the same bird I went back a few times. The last one was on the side of the road in a drainage ditch. It needed alot of PS work it was midday.

    Light does look kind of harsh. But I like the third one. It kind of looks like a painting to me...must be the look of the grass

    Nice bird, you did a good PS job on that last image. The white looks a little blown out on the second and third images too which is a shame as they are great shots. Maybe you should try going back again at dawn if he is still around.
    Keep your sense of proportion by regularly, preferably daily, visiting the natural world.
