    Black and White Rose

    Another macro shot with the Canon SD400. Converted this one to black and white and did some burning in of some areas. Thought it had a infrared look to it.

    Cool - has an abstract quality to it. Wishing it had some white whites in it though.

    Thanks Loupey, I may tweak this one some more and see if I can get some true whites out of it.

    I wonder when the internet ever gets around to providing odors in addition to images. Would be great to smell the lovely rose. Movies have failed to achieve this achievement in over a century. There were films shown in Berkeley years ago by Les Blank that included appropriate food carried through the theater to provide desirable smells. That failed to catch on. Too bad.
