I'm assuming the black one is the popular redwing blackbird?

Is the one in the grass a wren?

The one in the tree....no clue.

I got more action at a busy public park than being in a quiet neck of the mountains. They must like the food and the cool weather from the man made lake.

the one in the grass is a house sparrow male.

the one ont he branch is hard to tell from the light but it could be a townsends solitaire or a female mocking bird.

if you live in s. cal all you have to do is go to walmart and buy a feeder that will hold about a gallon at a time and a 50 lb bag of black sunflower seeds. total investment would be about $30.

keep that feeder filled in your front yard and you will have more birds of different varieties at your own feder than you have vere imagined. :thumbsup:
