I beleive its the Warbler Vireo.

As a side note, I was sitting in a treestand, hunting elk with my bow and taking photos, and he just flew in, sat for just long enough for me to snap his photo and was gone within a fraction of a second of the time I took the photo. I thought for a moment I had missed it.

Great images BB, thanks for sharing. I am glad to see that we here in the northern prairies aren't the only ones that have to contend with those rascal magpies - good image - as they are very hard to photograph - very wary, at least in my area.
