Anyone know what this plant is?

I was walking the dog this morning and found a few of these scattered around some going from green berries to the orange in the photo. They are scattered through a wooded path scattered with ivy and bushes on the ground.

They appeared in the last two days.

Anyone know what they are? I have never seen them before.

But that is a beautiful specimen you've got there. I love the one green berry amidst the bunch. I'd try to get a frame-filling one before it changes color.
