    Ants, Flies, Moths, and butterflies - My backyard after the rain

    Just goofed around with the macro lens after the rain. Still coudy out when I shot these, and I wanted to keep the ISO down (really makes a difference in Macro). These were hand-held, so my DOF had to suffer a bit in order to keep minimum speeds up (I had grabbed my camera real fast to run after a beautiful big swallowtail butterfly....that I never did get a decent shot of). Anyway, these are the "targets of opportunity" :lol:
