    Another trip to the beach!

Well I got work off on Monday and decided that it would be a good time to goto the beach. Here are a few shots that I got:

The horiozon is actually level, but the wave forming on the left side makes it look off.

    Snails anyone?

The snail this time came out to be my fav from the trip. I actually found him at Pt Lobos while I was there for an hour or two.

Your second one is the best IMO, though the snail one is good too. That depth in the second one is great!

    Well done,

The snail shot has great color and detail.

    Great shots my man.

Gret shots there. I like the 2nd more than the 1st. Love the freezing of the water/sea like you did. Gives it a really nice, dreamy effect. The snail is actually my favorite. Wonderful job of macro. Colors are great as is the DOF.

I am with everyone ..... Nice shots here!!!!

I love the angle in the second image, but the feel of the first image

That snail is way cool too! So how do you like that sigma macro anyway?

Very good pictures! The first one looks more like the surface of a strange planet, than water. Long exposures really alter everything (for good, in this case)
It was an overcast day, or you used some dark filter to avoid overexposure?

It was an overcast morning when I went out to shoot these. I was hesitant to drive the hour & 15 mins since it had a good chance of raining, but I'm glad I did.
