    Another little unknown

    Its definately that time of year, but i keep coming across these different little birds on my walk, actually at the same park where the Winchat i came across was, im certainly not grumbling about it, but i dont know what they are!! and my books coming up with very little on this one.

    Paulnj, anyone, ID help please.

    I would say it's another juvenile.
    But I can't see the white feathers near the base of the tail to be sure it's a Winchat.
    Looks like it's heading towards adult plumage with the lighter line under the chin, but it's not the full white line yet.

    Thanks PAul but the only thing that steered me away from a Winchat was that this one has light legs and bill, where the other bird ID'd had black, but is this a juvenile stage?

    Looking back in my book at juvenile Winchat it does resemble it by its markings.:thumbsup:

    Light legs and bill might be a warbler, but the beak doesn't look pointed enough?
    Problem is none of the warblers in my book have the white outer tail feathers ...
