    All the little things

Heres some little stuff I shot today out in my yard. I played around with the color variations so I hope its not to much.
    Thanks for looking as always.

My first Dragon of the year.

Actually my husband found this the other day crawling on the sand box cover. I have no idea the species.

I dont know what this flower is..

Nice to see you enjoying the outdoors.

Are you finding what you expected? Try this exercise: find a place to sit (no chair, no distractions, no camera) for 10 minutes. Just watch and listen. Imagine that you can capture whatever your eyes see. Whether it is on the lawn or in a field or in the woods, you will find a multitude of subjects start leaping out from every direction. Cloud formations, a pile of rocks, the texture of dirt, a pattern of shadows, and bugs of course. If you stay long enough, you can even watch the sunlight change.

Some of the best stuff occurs literally right outside your door

    Re: All the little things

I truely am enjoying myself. We moved to a more rural area a few months ago and I tell you its like night and day. Before I would walk out of my house and see cars and businesses and traffic everywhere ,..now all I see are trees and the things that hide within.

To answer the question,..I think I am finding more then I expected, but I think that has to do with moving from city-like conditions and knowing its there but no so much having been aware of it. The majority of stuff I have been showing is literally from my back yard and around my house.
I love that exercise suggested. I have done it before and wil try it again.
