    2nd Macro attempt

I think I did better the first time. I am sick and recovering from a hand injury but this is much better then I shot last week..yuck..LOL.
I'm still getting used to the Macro thing. I wish they were much closer then this
I dont know what kind of Catapillar this is. I saved it from my daughter running it over with her tricycle and dumped it in my flower bed.
Anyone know what kind it is?

Im not really sure about the edit on this one. The sun has been overtaken by the clouds today and just made for aweful light. Any thoughts on this?

I'm not into bugs, but you sure did capture the colors and details in this 'pillar. Very nice indeed.

    Thank you both.

I am certainly not a bug person myself either. I definatly play my girl card there lol, but I do have a special place for the 'pillars. They are only ugly for a short time.

That is a cool looking caterpillar. Don't know the species though.

The flower shot seems both too wide and too close at the same time. I'd like to see more of the flower but, at the same time, I feel like I'm already seeing too much of it. Does that make sense? I like the stamens and pollen. I'd probably key in there and omit the rest.

    Hope that helps.
