The Kodak I mentioned above was my parents but due to poor results I acquired it early on. Shortly there after a knowledgeable friend explained the need for a light meter and the benefit of having a tripod. Suddenly the camera known for poor results took great pictures. I was hooked instantly! Unfortunitly as the years went on the 6x9 format became an issue as did finding the film. I stepped up from a Kodak (cira 1939) w/an Ektar lens to a Yashica 635 (cira 1958). The Ebay camera arrived as Minty as can be w/ a three element Yashikor 80mm lens ... I then sent it and a late model MAT 124G (parts camera) to Mark Hama in Marietta, GA. He CLA the 635 and install the four element Yashinon lens. Now it shoots as good and feels as good as it looks.
