I am 16 and i have been holding cameras since i was maybe 6. I used to like to take pictures as a kid with my dads Olympus OM-1, as well as film my siblings preformances / events with our Hi-8 camcorders. At about 13 i picked up a video camera again and began to make movies with friends. Today, several years later, we make movies which hold a budget of ~$1200 from our own pockets... My movie buddy bought himself a Digital Rebel XT, and it reminded me of the old days. I went to a thrift store the other week, and luckily found a Miranda F from 1963. Although much about this camera is broken, faulty, or missing, i love everything about it. I bought it to try my hand once again at photography, as well as to further my knowedge of key camera aspects with manual cameras like aperture, shutter speeds, focusing, etc... because my ideal job is to work with cameras in some way. Because im finacially challenged at the moment i have no money for film, but i still love the craft involved with manua
I am a company writer based here in San Francisco. I love to write a lot and about almost anything. During my free time I love to go out with my friends and colleagues. Whenever I feel like spending my free time alone, I paint. It's my favorite hobby and I can really relax when I'm doing it.
