Probably my Olympus Kit of OM 10, OM 30 an Olympus Trip half frame and a couple ot ERC rangefinders. I also use Nikon, Pentax and Minolta SLR kits and have a collection of old rangefinder and fixed lens 35mm gear. I also shoot on a Mamiya 645 kit, plus Kiev 60, which I love, and a selection of other MF stuff. I try to use all my gear fairly regularly and still have a wet darkroom for my mono work.
After finishing school at 17 in 1968 I joined the civil Service, worked in various government departments for 12 years then decided to retrain as a teacher. After a brief spell in the Aerospace Industry to bolster my savings went to college, supporting myself wit shop work and graphic art commissions. I graduated with a 2/1 in Edication in 1984 and taught English, Art and Drama [mainly Drama] for the next 20n years. Eventually my hearing deteriorated to the extent that I took early retirement on medical grounds. I had been a semi-pro photographer for several years by this time and the plan was to build up the business to full time. I took various short term jobs while doing this but eventually decided that I was too honest to be any good at marketing!
A couple of years ago I rejoined the Civil Service, having taken 40 years to get back where I started in 1968! I am still a semi pro, shooting weddings, portraita and whatever else comes along but I don't take it too seriously as a mone
