Alright, I hate to sound harsh but, you need to rethink your entire site. The three colum design just isn't working. Also since a lot of the headings are aligned neatly, it just makes it really hard to look at.

Most of your website is 'sponsor' space rather than actual content.

Just learning some basic HTML, and you'd be amazed how much your site will improve in design. When I started doing websites, my site sucked, it was horrible. But as soon as I learned some basic HTML and web design concepts it improved greatly, and even more when I learned about interface design in a graphical environment.

Thanks for the great feedback, I realize i need to work more on my site and I do appreciate your comments and I will investigate in changing alot of things on my site.
