Adding a border/line on a section on my site

Using Adobe GoLive CS2, I'd like to add a border to one of my pages.

The site is www.scottmosherphotography.com, and I'd like to add either a border (or preferably) a vertical line dividing parts of my site and I cant quite figure out how. The line I'd like to add is the one between the Galleries/Portrait section.

I've added this attatchment to show how I'd like it added.

Also, I'm up for any critiques on my site, I'm new at this and could use the help

one way to do a vertical line is to create a 3 column table.

first column will contain the 'featured gallery' content

second column with either be your vertical line graphic or a colored table cell with a width of 1 to 3 pixels

third column will be the portfolio section

you may have to use nested tables to have more control

as for a little critique, use CSS to change the fonts on your site. the times new roman font on a website is very dated, imo.

also the thumbnails on the gallery sections might be nicer if they all had the same height for a uniformed look. try making the heights all the same even wether of not it is portrait or landscape.
