What's the best camera for under $150

I'm looking for a good digital camera now that I see prices have come down a lot for the holidays. I poked around the internet for the past hour and haven't seen much that helps me a lot or even narrows down my selection to a few elite camera's. I am looking for something that takes nice pictures of course. I would like to to do well in many situations (moving, low light, high light, etc) and a decent sized LCD. Please give any suggestions. Thanks.

For Low Light you need atleast fast glass around F 1.8-2.0 or faster along with high ISO > 400, and for action fast shutter responce.

Re: What's the best camera for under $150

I've been looking at cameras too for gifts for my family too. Just a simple point and shot camera, so i'm eying the canon sd600. I saw it for the low 200. I think i like it more for myself, but since my family isn't into photography like me, i'm looking for a basic, yet compact p&s camera.

Me and friends are doing a secret santa, this might sound a bit high, but we have a spending limit of $60-80, so i'm deciding i'll be getting him Canon 50mm 1.8 II. Its along the price. Just thought i'd share.
    Lightroom is my Darkroom...Hahaa.
