tripod for 1000d

Hi could somebody recommend a tripod suitable for a canon 1000d,ive just got interested in photography and i need a tripod for both outdoors and indoors many thanks..

Buy the best tripod that you can afford, however you don't have to go out and spend $1000. Make sure that it is sturdy and can be easily adjusted.

The body is irrelevant. How big will the lenses be and what type of photography? - TF

Just remember if the tripod is for hiking it's different than a studio tripod for a 11 by 14 view camera.

Purchase the best tripod you can afford, but make sure the tripod will support the heavy and longest lens you have.
