Transferring from Computer to camera

Ok so I bought my mom a Casio Exilim EX-Z57 for christmas + a digital picture frame. I have all of these photos that I want to put on the picture frame, but the only way to get pictures on the frame is by inserting youe memory card. So how do i transfer the photos from my Mac to my camera to my memory card.. any questions feel free to ask! Thanks!

You need a card reader that has write capabilities. You should be able to pick one up for twenty to thirty dollars.

You are high, the last card reader I purchase was a cent under $10.00 and it was an internal which fit in 3.5 inch drive bay, and it gave me one front USB port (PC). I've seen them advertised (external) at Fry's also for less than $10
