It seems like I once saw a plug-in you could utilize to place sunbeams in your photo. Using this plug-in, you could lighten a patch on the ground, then "draw in" a sunbeam from the sky down to the lightened ground patch. Is this in Photoshop Elements 7? Is this something you purchase? If so, who sells it and how much does it cost? Just wondering.
