PSCS Diffuse Glow???

I don't know why this is, but for a while now whenever I try to apply a diffused glow to my images it does just the opposite. Can anyone tell me what setting I may have changed, or what the heck is going on?

John, Diffused Glow adds a coat of dithered background color to your image. The only way I was able to create a shot similar to what you show is with a bg of black.

That's the only thing I can think of: that maybe your fg and bg colors were switched.
