    Question post processing tutorials

i realize that google will return about 1000000000000000 result for this topic, but i am wondering if anybody here has a link to a site or book, that explains post processing techniques in great detail with good examples. Something that has been found useful by the members of this forum.
It would be great if it would cover basic and advanced techniques.

    thx

    Re: post processing tutorials

probably depends on your software, but assuming you're running photoshop, here's a site that I've using to familiarize my self with the basics. http://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/
Otherwise, I do just google whatever I'm trying to do. Another good cache of tutorials is on itunes as podcasts.
    mostly Nikon gear

Feel free to edit my images for critique, just let me know what you did.

thanx, but that seems to be more of a PS tutorial site and not what i was looking for.
I am more interested in various techniques used to correct shots. for example in Lightroom in the develop section there are billion sliders like clarity, vibrance, post-crop etc., which i have no idea how to use and when. That is more what i was looking for in one place rather than various sites. but, worst case scenario, i will have to just surf around.
