    Photoshop Elements 7 Batch Processing

I have a group of color pictures in a folder that I want to convert to black & white, I have looked at the "process multiple files" window, but I do not see an option to do this. Under the "convert files" option there are many choices listed (PSD,BMP,GPS,GIF,etc). Does one of these designate black & white? If so, I can easily see how to proceed. Is there a "three letter"symbol for B&W? If so, what is it?

Re: Photoshop Elements 7 Batch Processing

Had a look at my elements 6 and don't see anything that would do a batch process to b/w.
The things you listed are just different formats...like jpeg only not.
