Need Quick Help - Light Painting Help

OK, so I'm trying light paint photography. I have an Olympus FE-340, 8.0 megapixel and 5x zoom. So, when I use light painting photography, I have some options; P, a shaking hand, Auto, or scene. Now, the shutter speed. I have 0.0, +0.3, +0.7, +1.0, +1.3, +1.7, +2.0. I use +2.0. But I want to be able to take longer shots to be able to draw cool things in the air with it. Thing is, I don't know what do do. Any help?

Those aren't shutter speeds, those are compensations giving just a little more exposure.
It's a start, and +2.0 is the best you can get.

What you need is "B" mode - to use as long an exposure as you want.
Or "M" mode to manually set the shutter to 15 or 30 seconds.

Unfortunately your camera doesn't do either.

The best you can do is to use night scene mode, that uses the slowest possible shutter speed. But at only 4 seconds I doubt if you can light paint with this camera.

I used the online manual, check this is the same as for your camera.

I apologize for the double post. It worked! I used "2 and it got good, I can draw quick doodles like lasers.

Yeah, but sometimes it goes off screen and then I can not draw well. Also, I don't get much time from that, unlike those who can get 15 seconds.

I have different options. M, A, S, P, and Auto. Which one allows the most shutter time? This camera is a FujiFilm E510.

I expect M on the Fuji will give you most shutter time, but I recommend you read your manual to be sure.
Unfortunately I can't just download a manual for that camera. Fuji UK charge £9 to send out a copy

The M setting is the way to go. Set it for the longest shutter speed time possibe, and make sure that the area isn't too backlit.

One other thing - I assume you're using a tripod to make sure that the camera is solid.
