    media card recovery

I took pictures of my son's 16th birthday and I had previously taken pictures with the same card, I know they were there because I previewed them on the camera before I put them into my printer slot to download them. All of his birthday pictures were gone and when I put the card back in the camera they weren't there either, but the previous pictures were. Any places that can help recover those pictures?

Do a google search for compact flash recovery. There are several freeware/shareware programs that can recover pics from a drive.

    Hope that helps.

Also depending on the manufacturer of the drive, they may have their own programs for recovering photos from the drive
