manual for Canon Speedlite 540EZ flash

Does anyone know where I can find an online or downloadable manual for this flash unit, either the original Canon manual or a third party version?

I recently got the flash unit on Ebay and my EOS 50E manual has some info on using a 380EX but no other flash unit...
