    Lens

My lens got some "moisture" on it from the other night when it was raining at the fair. Now I have some stuff on it that makes it look like multiple colors (blue red purple) are being reflected off of it from an angle. I've tried wiping it off with a lens cloth, microfiber cloth, all it does is smudge around. What can I do to clean this off?

Hi Tom,,,,pay a visit to your local optometrist, buy a bottle of spectical clearner and a very soft cleaning cloth..Put a few drops on the cloth (not on your lens) and rub ever so gently..This should remove the smudge..

    BTW,,are you using a UV/Skylight filter??

I'm using the uv filter, but I forgot it that night. I have this stuff from sunglass hut and I guess it's the same thing since it's made for like $500 sunglasses. I don't know wether to try it or not.

You will find most spectacle cleaners contain a small amount of alcohol to assist in drying..
