Leica Online Dealer?

I'm looking for a good place to shop for Leica products online.

I'm specifically looking for a Leica M7 and a Leica 50mm lens, but I would still like a site with a wide variety of Leica products if possible.

There is a place in San Francisco that has advertised in magazines about their Leica inventory for years - think this is the place.

B&H would be worth checking out, as would KEH.
