    Kill windows explorer scroll bar

    When I have my pictures in windows explorer set to View album, like pictured, I cant seem to get rid of the useless vertical scroll bar, so when I scroll it just goes up and down, I want it to scroll side to side as if that scroll bar isnt there. No matter how I resize things I cant seem to get rid of it, but it's obviously not necessary, any suggestions?

    EDIT: nevermind it disappeared.
